28 Day Kick the Sugar Habit Program. This program, under the guidance of Melissa, has been life changing for me. As an older woman I have been faithfully putting pounds and inches on every year, just like research has shown. I tried to maintain what I thought was healthy eating and a regular exercise regime but nothing was working. I even bought the JJ Virgin Sugar Impact book., but looked through it and it felt overwhelming, so I did nothing. Having Melissa guiding this program, along with her regular advice and coaching app has been great, I have lost inches as well as pounds at a healthy rate. Plus I feel so much better with more energy, a clearer mind and less cravings. As well with the knowledge she has given me, I am sure I can maintain most of what I have learned.
