What is the point in trying? It’s always the same. Right? It takes so much effort to get any positive results, and then they never last!

Yet, still, we try, essentially fighting a losing battle to achieve the so-called perfect body, rather than focusing instead on achieving the naturally balanced, “perfect” weight for YOU.
Yes, our relationship with our body can be very challenging, even exasperating, at times, when it just doesn’t do what we want on our time. We end up blaming our uncooperative metabolism when, in reality, your body is an extremely intelligent, highly functioning mechanism that does all it can for you to support and help. Why keep repeatedly doing the same thing to solve the problem when it’s clear that it doesn’t work? Talk about crazy-making!
