I continue the week talking about cravings, I want to let you know that your brain can be your best friend when it stops you from jumping out in front of a boss or stepping out in front of a boss, or your worst enemy when it is keeping you in your comfort zone. What happens is, that our habits have us in a place of our comfort zone, including the way we eat.
