This week I want to talk to you about hormones. Our hormones are always changing throughout our life, but how many times have you heard somebody complain about their PMS, or complain about hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, brain fog, when they’re going through menopause. These are all symptoms that we are very quick as a society to simply accept as being the normal rite of passage of being a woman. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to accept them
