Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue talking about energy, such an important topic in today's world, because so many people are struggling with low energy. And another of my tips today in regards to boosting your energy is to consider detoxing, because those toxins in your body aren't supposed to be there, your body is having to cope with them, it's creating inflammation in the body, which leads to aches and pains. It's negatively impacting your sleep, it's causing imbalance in your hormones. And so all of these things are then using energy that you could be otherwise using for yourself, if your body wasn't having to use it to try and cope with this onslaught of toxic load. Think of it if you had to carry around a bag of heavy rocks on your shoulder or put a bunch of rocks in your backpack and carry that around, that takes a lot more energy than if you didn't have to carry that backpack at all. And having these toxins in our body, their excess to what our body wants, that certainly doesn't need them. And yet, we're carrying them around often unknowingly. So what I find when I have guide my clients through detoxes is one of the things that they always comment on is the fact that they have renewed energy very soon into the process.
