Welcome back to another edition of health hack because I continue talking about the benefits of detoxing. And honestly, there are so many benefits to it. One of the big ones is the fact that it can actually kickstart some weight loss. So for those of you that might have been struggling to lose a few pounds, and you just kind of have hit a wall and got stuck there, and you can't break through it, Doing a Detox will help release the weight of those toxins. And they do weigh something. And in the process of doing the 21 day functional medicine detox that I teach and run, I show you how to eat at the best times of day for you and your body. We talk about the right nutrition for you and your unique body. We talk about sugar and how it's in everything and what you can do around that where it might be sneaking into your diet and causing some weight gain. We talk about digestion, because digestion, you is important in the sense that you are what you absorb not just what you eat. And so all of these lessons that you learn you will have for life. And as you shed the toxins, you are losing some weight, which has you feeling lighter in your body. And that also allows you to have more energy. And we all want more energy to get through our day. And another way that we get energy is from our food. And so we talk about foods that are giving you energy versus foods that are draining your energy.
