Welcome back to another edition of health hack. As I round out my week talking about documentaries that I recommend you check out if you're interested in regaining your health, optimizing your health learning ways that the body can self heal, as well as looking into extending your longevity and having good mobility through to 100. And beyond and making 100 The new ad, which is entirely possible when you start taking action. Now, if you don't take action until you're in your 80s, it's much harder to do. Whereas if you're in your 30s 40s, or 50s, you start taking action, you can definitely be extending your lifespan. And as you may know, I'm in a course right now I'm just finishing it up on using lab testing to assess your rate of aging, and how we can slow that in order to extend your healthspan which is far more important than your lifespan because you want to be healthy throughout all of your years, not just have a lifespan but spend the last 10 years in a nursing home. And so I had the good fortune to have Dan Buettner on one of our training calls. And he is the one who's done all of the research into the blue zones, five regions around the world where people are living longer than anywhere else. And he's now made a documentary called Living to 100 Secrets of the blue zones or live to 100 Secrets of the Blue Zones. And you can check that out on Netflix as he takes you around the world and meets people in each of these blue zones and investigates. Why is it that they are living longer what it is, what is it about their lifestyle, their mindset, their activity levels that has them living longer. And so it's a great documentary, it's in four parts but on Netflix one just plays after the other, you know, Netflix binging you can do that with documentaries as well. And I've watched it recently and really enjoyed it and I felt you might too so I wanted to share that with you. So enjoy watching these documentaries. And learning that you have so much more power over your health outcomes than you may have been led to believe and that your body is designed to be healthy, you are not made to suffer. And if you are suffering with symptoms, then let's look at the root cause of that put that behind you rather than just masking with a pill that might then generate the need for another pill a pill, work bodies aid and will be put whatever illness you're struggling with right now.
