Welcome back to another edition of health hack as I continue talking to you about the wonder and the power of your unconscious mind, and how it is helping you be the best version of yourself and keeping you alive, that is the number one responsibility of the unconscious mind is to run the body and preserve the body. The other thing that it does is it stores all of your memories for you. And even before storing the memories, it is filtering every single experience you've ever had, through your own individual filters into a organizational system, I think of it as a filing cabinet inside your head, such that your conscious mind can access those memories, anytime in the future, whenever it is needed. And it stores every single memory of every experience you've ever had. In without any judgment. It will also repress memories from traumatic experiences, until such time that it deems that your conscious mind is able to release them because it deems that you are safe. And so an example of this is military folk in war zones don't get PTSD when they're in the war zone, because all of the memories of all of those traumatic experiences are being repressed by the unconscious mind. And when they get home, and the unconscious mind deems that they are safe, it will then bring those memories forth for them to be able to process and release. So every memory of every experience you've ever had in your life is stored in your unconscious mind. And using the tools of the unconscious mind we can access them. Your unconscious mind is also your emotional mind, whereas your conscious mind is your mental mind, all of your emotion is stored in the unconscious mind. And through tools of timeline therapy, we can work to release repressed emotion, we can work to release stuck and stuffed down emotion such that you don't have to be carrying that around inside your body. Because over the course of a lifetime of all this stuff down in motion, it can feel like you're carrying a bag of really heavy rocks. And in adulthood at some point it can just cause you to be stuck to feel so heavy. So way down. And the good news is we can release this for you lighten your load and allow you to move forward with new lighter energy to do whatever your purpose here is on this earth.
