Welcome back to another edition of health hack. This week, I want to talk to you about your unconscious mind and how it really deserves more respect than what we give it because it is so powerful and it is working for us 24/7 Your unconscious mind is keeping you breathing every minute of every day, it is keeping your heart pumping every minute of every day. And it is keeping your digestive system functioning every time you put food in your mouth such that the nutrients from that food can get into the cells, so that the body can thrive. And you get to live the life that you want to live. So the role of the the number one role of the unconscious mind is to run our body and preserve our body and keep us safe. So these three things are the top priorities of our unconscious mind. And as I said, it's working for us 24/7 Doing all of these things, and you never even give it a moment's thought, because it's entirely unconscious. The unconscious mind, we often think of it as being in our head. In fact, our entire mind, we think of it as being in our head because that's where our brain is. But the reality is, is that our mind, our conscious mind, our unconscious mind, our within our entire body, we have so many neurological connections throughout our entire body, that we can't limit it to being in just one place. Our unconscious mind is our intuition is connected with our unconscious mind, intuition is falls within the realm of the unconscious mind. And very often people will say they have a gut instinct, or they feel it in their gut. And that's indicative of the fact that our mind is not just housed within our head, it's in our entire body. And that's part of the mind body connection. And in fact, we have so many neurological connections throughout our entire body, that the number is so large, I don't even know how to say it with all the zeros on the end of it. But it's 10 to the power of 11 to the power of 10. We are such incredible beings. And we have access to so much more through the power of our unconscious mind that we've never been taught through our education system which is largely focused on the junk on the conscious mind. And so as a result this week, I want to share more with you about the power of your unconscious mind. So keep tuning in and learn about the power you have within to live the life you want to lead.
