Welcome back to another edition of health hack. And I have a question for you today is your inner child running your life. And maybe that's not all of the time. However, it might be happening some of the time. You know, those times when your inner child is just having a tantrum, and you feel so much resistance to whatever it is that you know you need to be doing in order to move forward in your life. Well, is it time to literally upgrade your neurology create new strategies, so that your inner child doesn't have to have that tantrum anymore? We need to move beyond where our inner child is comfortable, because that might have worked when we were a child, but it's not working as an adult. So we need new strategies. And yet, if we haven't taken the time to develop new strategies, we just keep operating on the same software programming, as I talked about in my last episode. And so how do you upgrade your programming? Well, that's where the power of NLP and timeline therapy comes in. With NLP, we will discover what your strategies are now. And we can shift them, we can release limiting beliefs, we can release the toxic emotions that have been stuffed down and holding you back from temper tantrum after temper tantrum and expand your comfort zone, get you out of your comfort zone, because growth doesn't happen in the comfort zone and move you into a new place of comfort, which simply expands that comfort zone where you can really thrive and shine as the person you want to be you were meant to be.
