Welcome back to health hacks, I realized that I've just blown through my 300th episode. This is now episode 302. Woo, as I continue to bring you information that I hope you find helpful in your lives and information that you can implement, as well. And today, I want to ask you, would you like to be able to change your mind or negative emotions such as if you're feeling frustrated, annoyed, or irritated to be able to just snap out of that in just five to 15 seconds? How often does your day get ruined, because something happens in the morning, and you head out the door to work feeling frustrated, irritated, and you kind of get stuck there for way too much of the day? Well, with the NLP techniques that I am now teaching to others, one of the most powerful ones is anchoring, where you can create a resource anchor for yourself such that when you notice that you're feeling, you know, a minor negative state frustrated, and you simply don't want to go there that you can just tap your resource anchor in your body will actually flood you with the chemicals that allow you to feel whatever you built in your resource anchor, whether it was excited or motivated or roll down, fall down laughing, right? Whatever those emotions are that you have created in your resource anchor will overpower that negative state that isn't serving you is taking you down taking your day out and having you not even be productive. So these these are powerful tools that I love sharing with others that I use when I'm working with my clients, because hey, who doesn't want a different way to do things they've been doing? We get stuck doing same old, same old and then realize this isn't working. And yet we don't know what other options we have. And so these techniques, give you other options that get you unstuck that keep you moving forward, so that you can have an awesome amazing day and not get taken out by some irritating thing that happened first thing in the morning.
